Job summary

Camp Beaumont UK Operations seeks a dedicated Safeguarding and Inclusion Manager to lead safeguarding, SEND support and inclusive practices across the Southeast region. The role requires agile travel to camps and collaboration with Operations Directors to uphold the highest safeguarding standards.

You'll develop policies, guide staff, and ensure safe, welcoming experiences for all children, including those with additional needs, within our expanding holiday childcare programme.

Qualifications

• Proven safeguarding experience in a children setting or equivalent.
• Ability to travel across the Southeast region.
• DBS check in place or willing to obtain.
• Excellent communication with staff, families and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and update safeguarding and inclusion policies.
• Act as Safeguarding Lead; advise staff on safeguarding matters.
• Respond to safeguarding queries by phone or email.
• Liaise with local authorities, police and social services as required.
• Support inclusive practices and reasonable adjustments for SEND.
• Deliver training and monitor staff compliance across sites.
