  • Communicate directly with parents/carers regarding safeguarding and SEND queries, liaising with Operations Managers to support responses to customer complaints.

  • Develop and implement individual support plans for children with SEND where appropriate, ensuring reasonable adjustments are made to facilitate their participation in camp activities.

  • Provide advice and guidance to staff on inclusive practices, behaviour management and supporting children with diverse needs.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of inclusion strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Advise parents/carers on when 1:1 support may be required and explain the relevant application processes.

  • Understand children's challenging behaviour and provide support with de-escalating situations when required.

  • Ensure that Camp Beaumont provides an inclusive environment for all children, including those with medical conditions and allergies.
