Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Safeguarding and Inclusion Manager to lead safeguarding, welfare and inclusion across UK learning programs. You'll work with leadership, delivery teams and external partners to ensure learner wellbeing and outstanding delivery. The role involves travel across sites and a hybrid working pattern.

The successful candidate will have FE experience, a Level 3+ Designated Safeguarding Lead qualification, and proven data analysis skills to identify trends and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FE/training or learner-focused environments.
• Proven leadership of safeguarding and learner welfare activities.
• Experience embedding inclusion, SEND support and reasonable adjustments.
• Evidence of CPD in safeguarding and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead safeguarding, welfare and inclusion activities across the unit.
• Ensure learner support arrangements, including SEND and neurodiversity.
• Analyze safeguarding data to identify trends and manage risks.
• Collaborate with contracts, employers and external agencies for learner protection.
• Travel across internal/customer sites as required.
