Job summary

ENGIE is seeking a Retail Operations Administrator for a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract in Leeds. The role supports customers, manages data and enables service excellence across Supply and Energy Management. Hybrid working from the Leeds office with regular collaboration across teams.

You will input data, maintain data integrity, handle queries, and assist in onboarding new staff while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic energy business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, data entry or admin roles.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal, solution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and tasks within deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Input and update data across internal systems with confidentiality.
• Prioritise and resolve customer queries, complaints, and disputes promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep processes moving.
• Identify and fix data entry errors to reduce rework.
• Support onboarding of new team members as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience.
