Job summary

Success Talent in London is seeking an Allocator to join the merchandising team. Based in a hybrid role, you will ensure SKUs are raised accurately and allocated to stores, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape stock decisions.

You will develop allocation strategies, manage new line and replenishment allocations, analyse sales to inform distribution, and support new store launches in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally office-based allocation experience or a relevant degree.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement the allocation strategy to maximize sales potential across all channels.
• Manage and action new line and replenishment allocations to ensure smooth stock flow.
• Ensure appropriate stock levels are allocated to each channel to achieve optimal sales.
• Analyse sales performance to support trading decisions and inform stock distribution.
• Assist the branch merchandising team in opening and supporting new store launches.
