Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in London is seeking a proactive Junior Merchandiser to support category performance and growth initiatives. You will assist in range building, planning buy quantities, stock management and pricing to optimise sales and profits.

Reporting to the Merchandiser, you will help manage WSSI, monitor availability online and in stores, and communicate risks and opportunities across regions and channels. Hybrid work with three days in the London office.

Qualifications

• Experience at Junior Merchandiser or Senior Assistant Merchandiser level or equivalent.
• Strong planning and analysis to support category strategy.
• Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain processes.
• Commercial mindset with energy and drive.

Responsibilities

• Support the merchandiser to drive seasonal category strategy using analysis to quantify risks and opportunities.
• Assist with range building, planning buy quantities, stock management and pricing.
• Manage the WSSI for selected departments and optimise availability online and in stores.
• Identify and communicate sales/stock risks and opportunities across regions and channels.
