Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Brand Merchandiser to support the Branch Merchandiser by optimizing stock packages by channel and delivering the channel sales plans.

You will work closely with Store Planning, Trading, Logistics and Buying to manage allocations, store openings and replenishment strategies, maximise stock value and drive profitable inventory across store networks.

• Experience in a fast-paced merchandising/planning role.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an optimised, balanced range for retail that meets sales targets.
• Set allocations by category aligned with store turnover and space.
• Manage openings, modernisations, closures and space changes with Merchandising teams.
• Optimise stock trading across channels and ensure best return on stock investment.
• Feed market intelligence and analysis to Retail and B&M teams.
• Move business forward with new ideas and tests; review weekly/monthly trade by store/grade.
• Collaborate with Retail, Buying, Merchandising and Logistics to support stock flow.
