Job summary

Victoria Beckham is seeking a proactive Allocator to join our Merchandising team in London. You will be responsible for ensuring the right product is available in the right location at the right time, partnering with Merchandising, Logistics, E‑commerce and Retail to drive sales and maintain luxury standards.

You will manage allocations, monitor stock flow, support pre‑season and launch activities, and contribute to cross‑functional collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage initial and ongoing stock allocations and replenishment across stores and online channels.
• Track incoming stock, available inventory and stock flow to maximise sales and stock availability.
• Monitor store stock levels, sales performance and demand to ensure optimal stock positioning.
• Coordinate stock transfers between locations and monitor full size availability of top sellers.
• Support pre-season sizing, range plans and launches with timely stock allocations.
• Assist in-season replenishment, transfers and stock consolidation to optimise inventory.
• Maintain accurate product, stock and allocation information across internal systems.

Reporting to: Retail Merchandise Manager

Location: Hammersmith, London

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Allocator to join our Merchandising team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, analytical, and commercially minded individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.

Working closely with the Merchandising, Logistics, E-Commerce and Retail teams, you will help ensure the right product is available in the right location at the right time, supporting sales and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury fashion business.

Key Responsibilities:

Allocation & Stock Management

• Execute and manage initial and ongoing stock allocations and replenishment across stores and online channels.
• Track incoming stock, available inventory and stock flow to maximise sales, stock availability and inventory turn.
• Monitor store stock levels, sales performance and demand to ensure stock is positioned effectively.
• Coordinate stock transfers between locations where required.
• Monitor full size availability of best sellers, continuity lines and key seasonal products.

Pre-Season & Launch

• Support pre-season size profiling and size curve analysis to inform the DTC buy.
• Execute allocations in line with agreed range plans, store profiles, floorplans and launch priorities.
• Ensure stock is allocated and available ahead of key product launches and deliveries.
• Support new store openings through the preparation and execution of stock packages.

In-Season Trading

• Support replenishment, rebalancing, transfers and stock consolidation.
• Monitor store capacity, floorplans and stock flow to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support seasonal stock movements

Reporting & Systems

• Maintain accurate product, stock and allocation information across internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve allocation processes, reporting and ways of working.

Cross-Functional

• Build strong working relationships with Merchandising, Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain and Distribution Centre teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day allocation and stock queries.
• Communicate allocation priorities, stock risks and required actions clearly to relevant teams.
• Previous experience in fashion, retail, merchandising, allocation, or a similar environment.
• A genuine interest in luxury fashion and the retail industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident working with Excel and comfortable analysing data.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commercially aware and interested in understanding what drives sales and product performance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
