Job summary

Victim Support seeks a Restorative Justice Practitioner to deliver and expand RJ services across London, aligning with best practice and Code of Practice standards.

You will assess consent, provide support plans, and facilitate the restorative process while coordinating case management and safeguarding responsibilities. The role emphasizes effective communication and collaboration with partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Restorative Justice practice.
• Completed accredited RJ Facilitation training.
• Experience of outcome focused work.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and Data Protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RJ services and raise their profile in London.
• Explain services to service users and obtain consent to engage in RJ.
• Develop safety and support plans for crime victims.
• Provide resources and information and monitor case progress.
• May oversee volunteers in line with policy and standards.
