Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our Devon-based team. You will take ownership of your own caseload across a range of residential transactions, with support from an experienced property team.

The role offers exposure to sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, and remortgage activity. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE, strong technical and client-facing skills, and a proactive, commercially aware approach.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• The ability to run your own caseload with limited supervision.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
• A practical and commercially aware approach.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• An interest in developing client and professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your own caseload and manage a diverse range of transactions.
• Handle a varied portfolio of residential matters including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Maintain close contact with clients and other professionals to progress transactions from instruction to completion.
