Qualifications

• Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years PQE.
• Ability to run own caseload with limited supervision.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Interest in developing client and professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own diverse residential property caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages and equity releases.
• Manage matters through the conveyancing process with clients and professionals.
