Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years' experience in a residential conveyancing paralegal or similar role.
• Strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.

Aufgaben

• Managing and progressing residential sale transactions under supervision.
• Assisting fee earners with the progression of purchase matters.
• Dealing directly with client enquiries, taking instructions and providing regular updates.
• Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, financial advisers and other solicitors.
• Preparing correspondence, forms and legal documentation.
• Handling post-completion matters, including submitting applications to the Land Registry.
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client care throughout.
