Job summary

Legal Talent Partners in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a progressive regional firm. You will take ownership of your own caseload from instruction to completion, delivering high-quality client service in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The role offers hybrid working (2 days from home per week), a strong emphasis on professional development, and a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Well organised and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a varied caseload of residential sales and purchases from start to finish.
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Deal with legal enquiries, searches, mortgage requirements and exchange of contracts.
• Ensure files are managed accurately and deadlines are met.
