Qualifications

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer with experience managing own caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge in freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Personable, well-organised and able to interact with clients, agents and lenders.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages and equity releases.
• Process transfers of equity and check titles.
• Develop relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Support junior team members and collaborate with the wider team.
