Job summary

Legal Talent Partners in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a progressive regional firm. You will take ownership of your own caseload from instruction to completion, delivering high-quality client service in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The role offers hybrid working (2 days from home per week), a strong emphasis on professional development, and a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits.

• Deal with legal enquiries, searches, mortgage requirements and exchange of contracts.
• Ensure files are managed accurately and deadlines are met.

The Role

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload independently, taking matters from initial instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities will include:

• Independently managing a varied caseload of residential sales and purchases from start to finish.
• Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring transactions progress efficiently.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Dealing with legal enquiries, searches, mortgage requirements and exchange of contracts.
• Ensuring files are managed accurately and deadlines are consistently met.
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout each transaction.

About You

• Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Confident handling transactions independently from instruction through to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Well organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.

You’ll be someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys building client relationships and is comfortable taking ownership of your caseload.
