Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Research Operations Coordinator to drive the day-to-day management of investigator-led research programs and ISTs. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to keep studies moving from application through close-out, ensuring records are inspection-ready and compliant with GCP.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leveraging Smartsheet and AI tools to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability across the research lifecycle in a global medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in clinical research operations, healthcare project coordination, or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Working knowledge of AI tools and applying digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills with multiple studies and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Study administration: coordinate intake, review, approval, and ongoing administration of applications for early investigator-led research programs and ISTs.
• Contracts, supply and payments: initiate and track study agreements, milestones, product supply, invoices and payments with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Maintain complete, inspection-ready records across the study lifecycle from application to close-out.
• Stakeholder communication: act as day-to-day contact for investigators, sites, suppliers and internal partners; track progress and flag risks.
• Meetings and events: prepare agendas, record decisions, and support advisory boards and travel logistics.
• Process improvement: maintain templates, guides, trackers, Smartsheet dashboards, and data-driven operating model.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs and GE HealthCare policies on privacy and transparency.
