Job summary

Inizio Ignite seeks a Research Director, Program Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of a major healthcare tracking program in Europe, spanning multiple markets and therapy areas. You will act as the visible link between client teams and specialist functions, driving accountability and maintaining research integrity across waves.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage senior client relationships, and oversee governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, with a focus on value delivery

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in primary quantitative market research, healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-market tracking programs across waves.
• Strong ability to challenge questionnaire design, KPI frameworks and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent client relationship management across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large healthcare tracking program across markets.
• Own program governance, plan, priorities and deadlines.
• Manage risks, issues and client expectations with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate research, operations, data, analytics and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in analytics and reporting.
