Job summary

STRAT7 Incite Health in London is seeking an exceptional Operations Associate to join our team. You will coordinate client-facing projects across qualitative, quantitative and secondary research for pharmaceutical, medical device and medical technology clients, bringing experience in fieldwork or as a project manager for healthcare research.

You will be fully integrated into account and project teams, providing administrative input while supporting compliance and contractual obligations across

Qualifications

• Experience managing qualitative and/or quantitative fieldwork or acting as a project manager within healthcare/pharmaceutical market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues and research participants.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an accurate, methodical approach.
• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Project set up, coordination and fieldwork management from start to finish.
• Draft screeners, consents and templates for research projects.
• Liaise with third parties and monitor fieldwork progress.
• Support compliance activities including PV training and AE reporting.
• Monitor project spend and communicate budget information to accounts.
• Schedule and conduct project close meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist with proposal costing and slide creation for new business.
