Job summary

Optimum Patient Care Limited is seeking a Service Coordinator to maximise impact on quality improvement and research within primary care. You will engage GP practices, coordinate involvement in QI programs, and ensure efficient communication and workflow.

The role is hybrid with office days and home-working, with occasional UK travel to clinics. Key responsibilities include recruiting GP sites, maintaining relationships, documenting activities, and liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in the primary healthcare sector.
• Interest or experience in research activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and coordinate GP sites and ensure regular communication and professional relationships.
• Act as point of contact for our GP sites.
• Record information accurately on the relevant platforms.
• Support the implementation of project documentation.
• Liaise with Project Stakeholders.
• Proficiency with IT systems including Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, high attention to detail.
