NonStop Consulting is recruiting a Registered Fostering Manager for the North West with hybrid working. The role oversees a well-established fostering service and a team of around 15 staff, combining in-office and home-based work to promote balance and efficiency.

The successful candidate will manage a service with around 44 foster families, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with foster regulations, in a role offering opportunities for progression and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Fostering Manager.
• Strong background in fostering services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approximately 15 staff including Supervising Social Workers, Project Workers and admin staff.
• Responsible for overall management of the fostering service, supporting the team and ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
