Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is partnering with an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West to recruit a Supervising Social Worker for their fostering service.

The role is permanent and full-time with hybrid working (twice a week in the office). You will supervise a caseload of 13 foster families and work within a multi-agency team to ensure compliance and high-quality outcomes for children.

You will attend fostering panel meetings and contribute to CPD development.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Social Work required.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
• Post-qualification experience in Children Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a caseload of 13 foster families.
• Working collaboratively within a multi-agency team.
• Upkeeping all relevant compliance & reports.
• Attending fostering panel meetings.
