Job summary

CMR Surgical Ltd. is seeking a Customer Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing and delivery of finished goods, spare parts and FRUs across a regional network.

The role blends office-based and site-based collaboration within a multinational team, with hybrid working and a focus on customer satisfaction and data accuracy. You will coordinate carriers, oversee 3PL relationships, and balance supply and demand while driving service levels and timely order fulfillment across

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics or related field and relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite or SAP) in international supply chains.
• Strong customer focus and ability to balance supply and demand.
• Ability to work in a healthcare/medical devices environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Order Management in the region.
• Coordinate local distribution, transport, and warehousing with 3PL partners.
• Ensure service levels and timelines are met via collaboration with multiple teams.
• Arrange transports and issue shipping documents.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems and improve processes.
• Foster relationships with distributors and third parties for smooth flow of goods.
• Be flexible to cover other logistics activities as needed.
