Job summary

Talent Finder invites applications for a Refurb & Field Service Technician role based in Redhill. The post combines refurbishment work at the centre with field installations and repairs at customers' homes, with training provided. You will move between refurbishment and field service as required and work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

A full driving licence is essential. You will join a small team and contribute to high repair standards, accurate records, and excellent customer service while

Qualifications

• Experience in a field service, refurbishment or similar technical role.
• Strong problem-solving and fault investigation abilities.
• Good organisation and prioritisation skills; flexible to changing work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and refurbish returned or damaged water systems.
• Identify root causes of returns to improve repair processes.
• Install water systems in customers' homes and connect to mains.
• Carry out field repairs and aim to resolve issues on first visit.
• Demonstrate water systems to customers and advise on use and maintenance.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and keep sites clean.
• Move between refurbishment and field duties as needed.
• Provide regional cover during busy periods and absences.
• Keep accurate records of work, stock use and completion.
