Care in Mind is seeking a Referrals Coordinator to manage referrals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in Stockport. You will coordinate clinics, record all interactions in Salesforce, and support a multidisciplinary team with administrative tasks.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 office days in Stockport and 2 days at home, with a focus on timely responses, quality documentation and stakeholder liaison to support young people aged 16–30 in a therapeutic transition.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating referrals and maintaining records in a healthcare or social services setting.
• Ability to manage multiple referrals and deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong communication with referrers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely responses to inquiries and referrals to develop stakeholder relationships.
• Record all enquiries and referrals on Salesforce accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate consultation clinics, discovery visits, assessments and meetings with Care in Mind representatives.
• Manage the referral pathway from scheduling assessments to handover for contracts.
• Provide high-quality administrative support including proofreading letters and transition plans.
• Take minutes at referral meetings and provide updates on status of enquiries and referrals.
• Assist with marketing tasks including social media posts and website documentation.
