Job summary

Care in Mind is seeking a Referrals Coordinator in Stockport to manage the day-to-day referral workflow, coordinate clinics and meetings, and provide high-quality admin support to the team. The role combines office and homeworking with 3 days in the Stockport office and 2 days remotely.

You will ensure timely responses to referrals, maintain records in Salesforce, and support marketing and reporting activities. Sentences reflect responsibilities and benefits within a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent required; Grade C or higher in English.
• NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM systems and data handling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage referrals and enquiries to develop stakeholder relationships.
• Record all referrals on Salesforce and manage inbox processes.
• Liaise with referrers to schedule clinics, visits and meetings; assist with handovers.
