Job summary

Aqumen Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer in Leeds to support our temporary, permanent and event teams. You will report to the Operations Director and help with day-to-day recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate records and briefing candidates on opportunities.

The role requires clear communication, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information. A driving licence and car are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple teams.
• Accurate maintenance of candidate records and data.
• Interviewing candidates and briefing on job opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment across temporary, permanent and event teams.
• Update CRM accurately with candidate information and activity.
• Interview candidates to assess skills and availability.
• Brief candidates on roles, duties, hours, location and expectations.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Follow procedures for candidate registration, right-to-work checks, confidentiality and data protection.
