Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in bank reconciliations.
• Proven experience in a finance accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex discrepancies.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting or finance systems.

Aufgaben

• Perform complex reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, unidentified transactions and outstanding items
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
• Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and allocated within the accounting system
• Identify and resolve unreconciled items in a timely manner
• Support month end processes and financial reporting deadlines
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
