CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a Reconciliations Accountant based in the UK for a 3 month contract, with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on resolving backlogged reconciliation issues, stabilising the bank reconciliation process, and supporting transition and training across external teams.

You will investigate discrepancies, document processes, and train stakeholders to ensure accuracy and ongoing stability in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Chandlers Ford, this Reconciliations Accountant role will play a key role in addressing a backlog of reconciliation issues to help stabilise and optimise the bank reconciliation process. You will be instrumental in investigating, resolving, and documenting reconciliation discrepancies, supporting process transition, and providing vital training to external teams. This is a 3 month contract position.

• Reviewing current reconciliation positions, prioritising aged and high-risk items for resolution
• Investigating complex reconciliation differences and working cross-functionally to identify root causes
