Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a background in fit out and F&B projects to join a growing team. You will manage cost control, valuations and subcontractor coordination on live schemes.

The role is office-based most days (Mon-Wed) with optional home-working on Thursday and Friday, offering a good balance between team collaboration and flexibility.

Projects are typically up to £500k, salary £40k–£50k, plus 25 days annual leave and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree and 2–3 years post-university experience.
• Experience in fit out sector and fast-moving commercial and F&B projects.
• Experience on projects involving MEP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for live fit out and F&B projects.
• Manage costs, valuations, variations, subcontractors and commercial reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors to keep projects moving.
