AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Tunbridge Wells team, delivering cost planning and value-driven analysis across diverse infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders and contractors to ensure commercial success and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) with RICS membership preferred.
• Experience in large capital programmes and cost planning.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and estimation across the lifecycle of projects.
• Collect data, analyse and define client needs.
• Produce analysis and benchmarking reports for value for money.
• Lead tool development to integrate data, dashboards and outputs.
• Administer contracts to ensure commercial control and compliance.
• Manage contract change collaboratively and effectively.
