Tetra Tech in Southampton is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the full lifecycle of cost and procurement management on technically complex construction projects. The role offers a clear path toward Chartered status with RICS within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

You will develop cost plans, prepare tender documents, manage procurement, assist in project delivery, and engage with clients and design teams while benefiting from structured APC preparation and a supportive culture.

Qualificações

• A minimum 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or BEng) is required.
• Strong MS Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.
• Eligibility for security clearance is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop cost plans and early-stage estimates to inform viability.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation aligned with industry standards and support procurement strategies.
• Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and project managers to ensure delivery.
• Support pre- and post-contract surveying duties and due diligence activities.
