EC Property Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor at all levels to join their Bristol office. This independent consultancy, with over 50 years in the industry, focuses on cost and project management across a range of sectors including commercial and residential.

The role offers the opportunity to handle diverse pre- and post-contract work while benefiting from a supportive team environment and strong APC support.

The package includes a competitive salary of £45,000 - £75,000 and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline.
• Experience with JCT and/or NEC.
• Confidence in client interactions and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-contract work.
• Support or lead projects based on experience.
• Attend client meetings and produce reports.
