Foster & May Limited in Oxford seeks an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to use standard templates and cost data to support cost management and monthly reporting. You will work across commercial, education and residential projects as part of a PQS consultancy.

The role offers APC support, CPD, private health care and a clear progression path, with hybrid working and a supportive team culture to help you achieve MRICS.

Qualifications

• A Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS accredited.
• Experience in a PQS/consultancy environment.
• Driving license + car.
• Good pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Enjoys being part of a team.
• APC focused.

Responsibilities

• Record cost data using the correct systems and templates.
• Help complete cost management reports and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Work on projects across multiple sectors (commercial, education, residential).
