• Minimum 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or BEng).
• Strong MS Office, written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Suitability for Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support cost planning, tendering and contract administration on construction projects.
• Provide commercial advice and practical support to clients and design teams.
• Assist with pre- and post-contract duties to support project delivery.
