T.E.D Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for our Edinburgh client. The role targets individuals with 2+ years post-graduate PQS experience and UK qualifications, with opportunities for APC/ROICS progression.

Qualifications

• UK-recognised quantity surveying degree and around 2 years post-graduate experience.
• Experience with pre and post-contract work in a PQS firm.
• Experience with JCT contracts; NEC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-contract activities and cost planning.
• Support post-contract administration and variation management.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor costs and commercial risks.
