Job summary

Tetra Tech in Oxford is offering a Graduate Quantity Surveyor position as part of our Next Gen Talent development programme. Start date: September 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across cost management, tendering and project delivery within our Cost Consultancy team.

The role emphasises learning, mentorship from experienced colleagues and progress toward APC status with RICS. Hybrid working supported, with initial office presence to build skills and networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or BEng).
• Strong MS Office and fluent written and verbal communication required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
• Suitability for Security Clearance may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Support cost planning, tendering and contract administration for construction projects.
• Provide clear commercial advice and practical support across pre- and post-contract duties.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
