Costello Medical is seeking a Qualitative Analyst to support development of qualitative service offerings and work on real‑world evidence projects to generate insights from patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional experiences. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific, health‑related or social science discipline (2:1).
• Postgraduate qualifications would be an advantage but are not required.
• Hands-on experience in conducting qualitative research and developing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualitative research materials and conduct interviews or other qualitative data collection.
• Synthesize qualitative findings into reports, slides, posters and manuscripts for diverse audiences.
• Contribute to other evidence generation projects, including surveys and literature reviews.
• Train and upskill colleagues in qualitative methods and support business development activities.
• Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders and manage multiple projects across disease areas.
