Job summary

Costello Medical, Inc. is seeking an Epidemiologist to join our Real-World Evidence (RWE) team.

You will design, execute and report on studies spanning prospective and retrospective data sources, including EHR data, and work with clients to deliver high-quality findings. You will receive one-to-one training in project management and client communication, with opportunities to advance towards leadership roles within six to twelve months.

Qualifications

• A degree level or higher qualification in a relevant subject (minimum 2.1+).
• Strong epidemiological and data analysis skills with ability to discuss stats with colleagues.
• Proficiency in R for large datasets and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute real-world studies (prospective, retrospective, cross-sectional).
• Develop protocols and perform statistical analyses; interpret results for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and communicate findings in writing and verbally.
• Support client interactions and project management responsibilities over time.
