Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out manual testing of web, desktop and API-driven apps.
• Investigate issues, reproduce defects, and document actionable info for devs.
• Perform regression and exploratory testing to catch changes causing problems.
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria to develop test scenarios.
• Maintain test cases, results, and QA docs.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and the tech team to improve quality.
• Develop C#/.NET skills by contributing to bug fixes and unit tests.
• Assist with automation testing and participate in code reviews.
