Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with test case design, defect lifecycles and regression testing.
• Understanding of how software issues impact users and potential workarounds.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and basic databases.
• Good communication and willingness to learn and progress into development.
• Exposure to QA tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and test automation basics.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing across web, desktop and API-based apps.
• Identify, reproduce, document and track defects for developers.
• Perform regression testing and validate acceptance criteria.
• Maintain test docs and collaborate with product owners.
• Gradually take on C#/.NET dev tasks and write unit tests.
• Support automated testing and participate in code reviews.
