Job summary

South West London & St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our Talking Therapies service in Surbiton. This hybrid post combines remote and office-based working within a lively multidisciplinary team.

You will contribute to high and low intensity CBT interventions, participate in step 2 and 3 group work, and benefit from regular supervision and clinical skills sessions to support your professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working with people with mental health problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high and low intensity CBT interventions.
• Contribute to step 2 and 3 group therapy programs.
• Work within a team of psychologists, CBT therapists and PWPs.
• Participate in weekly case management supervision and clinical skills sessions.
