Job summary

CNWL Westminster Talking Therapies Service invites applications for a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP). The post operates within a stepped care model delivering low intensity therapies, with options for face-to-face, Teams and telephone contacts.

Qualifications

• Qualification from PWP Training Course (Post Graduate Certificate or Level 3 undergraduate course) OR equivalent.
• Research / audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and deliver evidence-based low intensity psychological treatments.
• Deliver face-to-face, digital (Teams) or telephone sessions.
• Deliver psychoeducational workshops and engage with local community and voluntary services.
• Receive regular clinical supervision and work with other practitioners in a stepped care model.
• Ensure safe practice and maintain clinical governance through data collection and records.
