Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Property Manager with block/estate management experience. You will join a supportive team, work across sites in the South of England and South Wales, and spend one day weekly at the Hoddesdon office. The role requires strong knowledge of leases, service charges and compliance with the Building Safety Act.

Competenze

• Experience in block/estate property management.
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act and higher risk buildings.
• Ability to manage budgets and service charges.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.

Mansioni

• Manage an established residential portfolio of blocks and estates in line with leases.
• Construct and monitor budgets for service charges.
• Lead meetings with RMC Directors, Residents' Associations and developers.
• Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act and health & safety standards.
• Maintain auditable records of site visits and meetings.
• Ensure timely maintenance to minimize further damages.
• Follow consultation procedures and prepare Section 20 notices when needed.
• Review major works programs and lease requirements for major works.
