Sedgwick is recruiting a Domestic Loss Adjuster to manage domestic property damage claims across Redhill/Reigate/Tunbridge Wells/Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas. You will visit claimants at home, coordinate contractor visits, and settle claims with a calm, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Understanding of home insurance policies and domestic property basics.
• Clear written and spoken communication with policyholders, insurers, and contractors.
• Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
• Ability to plan own week, priorities, and manage multiple claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims.
• Visit customers at their homes and coordinate contractor visits.
• Settle claims and compile comprehensive reports.
• Balance office and home-based work as needed.
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while handling multiple claims.
