The position requires a UK driving licence, knowledge of home insurance, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills. You’ll work with policyholders, insurers and contractors to reach fair settlements.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to claim sites.
• Understanding of home insurance policy operations and domestic property.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple claims efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Visit claimants' properties and assess damage.
• Coordinate visits from contractors and adjust claims.
• Prepare comprehensive settlements and reports for claims.
• Balance office and home-based work and manage workload.
