Job summary

Sedgwick is recruiting a Domestic Loss Adjuster for Milton Keynes/Northampton. You will manage a caseload of domestic property claims, visit customers at their homes, coordinate contractor visits, and settle each claim with clear, fair communication.

You should have a full UK driving licence, solid insurance knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle multiple claims with excellent time management.

Qualifications

• This role requires a full UK driving licence and ability to travel to customer homes.
• Understanding of home insurance policy operations and domestic property basics.
• Strong communication skills for policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Good problem-solving and time-management to handle multiple claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Milton Keynes/Northampton.
• Visit customers at their homes and coordinate contractor visits.
• Prepare comprehensive settlement reports and document findings.
• Balance visits between office, home and field work as required.
