Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Domestic Property Adjuster to join its UK team in the South East. The role will involve visiting claimants at home, coordinating contractor visits, and settling claims across Redhill, Reigate, Tunbridge Wells, Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas. Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential.

You will balance office and home-based work with comprehensive training, and have the chance to progress within Sedgwick University.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required to travel to claim sites.
• Knowledge of home insurance policies and domestic property basics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Redhill, Reigate, Tunbridge Wells, Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas.
• Visit claimants at their homes and coordinate visits from contractors.
• Prepare comprehensive settlement reports for each claim.
