Job summary

Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Project Support Officer for the Our Dorset Provider Collaborative on a bank basis, with hybrid working from a Dorset-wide base. The role supports programmes across health, care, research and innovation, coordinating meetings, reporting, and documentation while managing priorities.

You will assist with data collection and evaluation, contribute to process improvements, and provide professional, high-quality documentation and reports for

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting project management/implementation.
• Experience in health or social care environment.
• Experience of quality/service improvement and implementation.
• Experience of working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of working on service user and carer focused initiatives.
• Experience of supporting a project/change management initiative.
• Experience of working within a defined project methodology.
• Experience of using QSIR tools e.g. process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and events and manage schedules.
• Prepare documentation, minutes and actions for senior management.
• Provide senior manager support and assist with data collection and evaluation.
• Help improve business processes and standard operating procedures.
• Create clear, professional and visually engaging documents and reports.
