Southern Water is seeking a Project Manager to join the Capital Delivery team within Water Infrastructure, delivering a high-profile capital project to secure future water supply and resilience across the region.

You will plan, manage and deliver design and construction programmes, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with customers, operations and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing projects or programmes in a complex environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing project risks, budgets and performance reporting.
• Engineering, Construction and/or Project Management qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
