Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in a fast paced professional setting supporting a team or clients directly.
• Ideally degree educated or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Senior stakeholder management, both internally and externally
• Attending client briefings and meetings with the Lead Partner
• Diary management, travel coordination and expenses
• Coordinating client events
• Producing documents for clients, reports and presentations
• Research and prep for meetings
• Tracking project milestones and ensuring all parties are on track for delivery
